The technicians talked about our options, and we decided to have a new opener installed. The job was done in a little over an hour and both our technicians answered all of our questions. Rodney is clearly one of the best in the business–very skilled but also offers great customer service. Getting a quote and getting installation done went so well that I purposely put off writing a review for over a month just to make sure the good feelings would stick around–and they have. Our garage isn’t standard size and previously had garage doors but no openers because they couldn’t be installed given the space. Kevin and Rodney did a great job finally giving us the convenience of an automatic garage at a reasonable price, plus the look is so much better! We also love being able to operate our doors with an app and to be able to check whether they’re open or closed anytime from anywhere. I called in the morning and the repairs were done a couple of hours later. My son had great luck using this company so on a Sunday I called to have someone come on Monday morning. My husband was scheduled for heart surgery Tuesday morning. They sent a man to my house Monday morning and he did a wonderful swift job or replacing the door spring. We chose to replace the garage door. He was able to schedule our installation the next day. Graham, our installer arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He explained the installation and got to work. As the process moved along, he answered my questions thoroughly. Upon completion he explained home maintenance I could do to extend the life of the door and assure it worked properly.
