If your door sticks in the open position on a weekend and you need garage door service, don’t fret! Just give us a call. We recently helped Rick over a weekend. He ultimately needed a new garage door. In the mean time, one of our garage door service technicians helped him with a temporary fix.

I left a message about our garage door being broken, and DH Pace came out the next day! We had previous work done by them to replace a broken door spring, and that repair was quick and cost a reasonable amount. Our garage door opener was older, and had another part that went bad. The technicians talked about our options, and we decided to have a new opener installed. The job was done in a little over an hour and both our technicians answered all of our questions. Huge shout out to Rodney! Assessed the issue, talked with us about our options and when we decided we wanted a replacement he indicated he had a unit with him and had it replaced within 30 minutes!!! Kevin was the best salesperson I’ve worked with–for any product or service, period, for years–and Rodney did a fantastic job with installation, setting our doors, keypad, and remotes up as we wanted. Rodney is clearly one of the best in the business–very skilled but also offers great customer service. Getting a quote and getting installation done went so well that I purposely put off writing a review for over a month just to make sure the good feelings would stick around–and they have. Our garage isn’t standard size and previously had garage doors but no openers because they couldn’t be installed given the space. Kevin and Rodney did a great job finally giving us the convenience of an automatic garage at a reasonable price, plus the look is so much better! We also love being able to operate our doors with an app and to be able to check whether they’re open or closed anytime from anywhere. Quick service. I had a cable break. When the tech arrived I had him replace all the cables and springs on both of my doors ( my idea, one breaks the others are close ). My experience with DH Pace Garage was excellent from my phone call to when he made the repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fixed the initial problem very quickly and noticed I had a couple of rusted rollers and replaced them too. They were upfront on basic costs on the phone. I called in the morning and the repairs were done a couple of hours later. I would highly recommend DH Pace Garage for anything to do with garage doors and repairs.read more

I needed to have my spring replaced. The door was unable to open. My son had great luck using this company so on a Sunday I called to have someone come on Monday morning. My husband was scheduled for heart surgery Tuesday morning. They sent a man to my house Monday morning and he did a wonderful swift job or replacing the door spring. A service window will be scheduled, don’t bet on being First in the days means you will get service early. This is my only complaint and has to do with dispatch.
